Leftside part Uno.

Numero Uno. I landed in Reno Nevada. This town has lots of potential for fun assuming that you enjoy gambling but if you don't it really sucks. My plane landed and as soon as I exited the plan I go to get my rental car and sure enough. My auto rental reservation and confirmation number were of little importance to the guy on the other side of the counter at advantage rent a car. Needless to say after dropping $760 and hours of debate and other issues I left with a jeep liberty my self proclaimed fag car (please don't take offense anyone). If you drive a liberty it is o.k. if you are assumed to be a fag. Hell I did it for 4 days.) However, fag car really just means that I was driving an incapable chick car that daddy gets for his princess when she graduates from high school. Oh that is the other thing, 760USD for 4 days. Was that a rip or what? They never have the car you reserved and everything cost an extra $30 per day. So after getting raped by this company I decided to hell with it gives me full coverage insurance because I had all intentions to drive it like I stole it.

Driving in Cali is awesome. They have moxy. By that they all cruise at 85 mph and everyone looks 6 cars ahead. What that means is that grandma is roll'n to. Here in BR they drive 45 in a 60 and pay attention to the road that is 5 feet ahead of them nothing else. We may use signals but we only do it to tell everyone else that we are too busy fidgeting with the radio to check out our mirrors. This is the reason that there are so many car accidents here in BR.

San Fran is amazing. I am all about moving to a town where I don't need AC or a Heater. The temp is always a little cooler than perfect which I won't complain about cause a little cooler is better for training. Too bad a little cooler comes at a cost that would make most people in the top 5% tax bracket cringe. It is a town perfect for a Mountain Bike. Golden Gate Park which is supposed to be illegal for MTBs has some bitch'n trails with great views of the pacific and the GGB. Haight street and Fisherman's Warf and all the other places including the alternative lifestyle dist are all better than you could ever imagine and busting with interesting looking people. People that may only have on Chaps and a smile or some type of trendy leftside garb are easy to find.

However, I was staying with my friend Jason and he lives in Santa Clara. So every trip to San Fran was preceded by a long drive ~ 45 min in heavy traffic. I went to the city everyday. Needless to say, I did put my fair share of hard miles on the rental, heck I owed it to myself to at least try and wear out the tires or something, Right?
